Job description
The job is as DFT object leader within an Company digital ASIC project. The job is to lead an experienced DFT team of 4-5 people.
It includes planning, coordination, tracking and reporting the DFT teams work, as well as participate in DFT specification, design and verification work.
The goal of the DFT team is that the implementation and verification of the DFT requirements is fulfilled before tape-out of the ASIC.

The work includes:
- Leading a team of 4-5 people.
- Planning the teams work.
- Coordination with other project teams.
- Progress tracking
- Status reporting
- Design specification
- Design documentation
- Etc.

A successful candidate is an experienced ASIC DFT Engineer with good understanding and knowledge of leading teams.
Both written and spoken English skills are required. Personal profile should also include a positive attitude, capability to lead and motivate teams, care with details and a natural talent in communicating with others.
You enjoy working in a team and you are focused on reaching result on time. As a person you must be thorough and able to work with many different people in different sites.

Required competence
- Good knowledge in leading teams
- Knowledge in planning
- Good knowledge in DFT
- Experience in DFT methodology: Scan, BIST & ATPG.

Wanted competence
- Knowledge of test engineering.
- Knowledge of production test.
- Knowledge of scan insertion using i.e. DFT Compiler
- Experience in ATPG using i.e. TetraMax
- Experience of netlist simulation using i.e. using Questasim

Start: 2013-09-01
Duration: 2014-02-28, with possibility for further extension.
Location: Lund

Working language: Swedish & English
