At the moment we are looking for an experienced
ASIC designer.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As ASIC designer you will work with requirement specification, implementation and verification. The work includes cooperation with other departments to ensure the correct functionality in our products. You will also be part of defining ASIC methodology and evaluating new tools. 

You will work together with a team of highly qualified engineers. We are innovative and make sure that we are at the edge of FPGA and ASIC design methodology and technology. We also have a well-established project development model.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a designer with a Master’s degree in Electronics or Computing with a deep interest in ASIC design.

Experience and interest in some of the following areas is seen as a merit:

* DDR interface
* PCIe interface
* SDIO interface

Both functional and timing knowledge is valued. Be able to be the contact person with PCB design and assist at circuit bring up.

We believe that you are an outgoing person with good communication skills in both English and Swedish. You are also open-minded and goal-oriented.

THE CHIP PLATFORMS GROUP
The Chip Platforms group within R&D is designing digital ASIC:s and FPGA:s for our network video surveillance products. The ASIC:s we are designing are large SOC designs and we use commercially available IP:s for the general system. Advanced ASIC process nodes and extensive design work enables us to meet AXIS needs.

Our design and verification methodology is based on SystemVerilog, VMM/UVM and System-C/TLM2.0.
