Assistant Marketing Manager

The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the Head of Marketing, Northern Europe, in driving and implementing regional business priorities in the Nordic region. This position encompasses developing and execution of marketing initiatives specifically tailored to key regional priorities by working collaboratively with other business units and various marketing and cross-functional stake holders. It also includes ongoing analysis of the results of key initiatives and recommendations on how to optimize and improve.

This is a maternity cover for 12 months.

Geographic scope: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland with base in Stockholm.

This position requires working under pressure in a competitive and fast-changing environment and requires the assignment of priorities to various marketing projects, as well as the ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.


Key Requirements
- A Degree or equivalent is required, ideally in Business or Marketing
- Solid experience in a business or marketing related role ideally within a multinational company
- Proven track record in delivering business goals in conjunction with marketing KPIs
- Budget management critical, including reporting
- Extensive experience in being a Team Member of cross/functional, cross/country project teams, as well as having the sensitivity and understanding of different ethnic groups, cultures and consumer backgrounds across several countries is a must
- Experience and proven track record of multi-channel, multi-product marketing targeting different consumer segments a must
- Fluency in spoken and written English
