Academic Work is looking for an Assistant Project Coordinator for Topgolf Sweden.

You will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Topgolf Sweden. This is a six months long employment with the possibility for an extension. As a consultant at Academic Work, you are offered a great opportunity to grow as a professional, extend your network and establish valuable contacts for the future.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As an Assistant Project Coordinator, you will work with assisting all aspects of delivering the Toptracer Technology. Toptracer delivers golf tracing technology to broadcast events, range installations and Topgolf Venues around the world. The work you will be doing consists of administrative, logistics and financial related tasks such as:


* Administrate staffing solutions for events
* Book flights, rental cars, and hotels
* Maintain group documentation and update weekly event memos with necessary information
* Organize and track the logistics of technical equipment for events, including creating commercial invoices, and customs processes
* Maintain cost tracking on an event by event basis, help report expenses, and other light financial tasks


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Previous experience of customer contact
* Previous experience of working with shipping, logistics, and project or event management
* Very good knowledge of the English language as this is the corporate language
* Computer experience, mainly good skills in Excel

It will be seen as an advantage if you have:


* Previous experience of working with logistics or shipping
* Are interested in golf


As a person, you are very structured and like to take initiative. Furthermore, you have the ability to communicate well both verbally and in the written language since you will be having contact through mail and phone with external clients.
