Attribute leader - EMC 

As an Attribute leader you will be involved in all vehicles developed at CEVT. You will have a responsibility to secure that the EMC requirements are fulfilled. You will be the technical interface for EMC questions for all of CEVTs departments. You will work in the Electrical Integration Module Team in the Electrical department.
The Electrical Integration Module Team is a cross functional team working with EMC and ELP but also contains planning and coordination functions as well as the Software Configuration Center.

Responsibilities and tasks
• Drive and develop component/system/vehicle requirement alignment across Geely Auto and Volvo Cars, into one common set of requirements.
• Develop best practices to improve the way of working.
• Define, plan and monitor component, system and complete vehicle testing and validation
• Support the developing process
• Reporting the results to platform and vehicle project management.
• Review and approve test plans and test reports
• Cooperate with external partners and suppliers

Profile and Background
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. Eng. or similar
• Experience of automotive development
• Application of technologies in products/projects in the EMC area
• Knowledge about trends and applicability of new technologies
• Able to work in cross functional teams and to contribute to the team’s success
• Ability to motivate and convince component owners and suppliers
• Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions
• Efficient and excellent planning skills and ability to work in a structured way
• Quick and efficient in problem resolving
• Knowledge with ISO 11452, ISO 7637, CISPR 25, ISO 10605
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Skilled user in Microsoft Office
• You have the ability and interest to share your knowledge with other members of the team
• You have a cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture
• Able to handle a quick pace of changes
• Able to travel from time to time

Hands on experience from EMC tests is a plus
