Tetra Pak Automation Solutions organisation develops and delivers world class automation platforms and services to our customers through Tetra Pak business units, packaging platforms and market companies. As the importance and demand for automation increases, we are now strengthening our team to support and accelerate the automation growth.

The Automation Projects team support and deliver advanced integrated automation and MES solutions to our customers in cooperation with our Market companies. This includes business development, sales support, engineering, product validation and responsibility for some specific reusable customer solutions for Global accounts.


We are now looking for an Automation Specialist focusing on advanced information solutions - MES/MIS who can design and deliver solutions to customers all over the world together with our Market companies.

This position is based in Lund, Sweden and requires travelling of up to 30 %.


Main responsibilities

- Advanced Information solutions - MIS/MES
o Including ERP interface/ integration and Production scheduling
- Processing - Packaging integration
- Packaging Line Integration and Performance Services
- Support AS Product deployment and implementation



Qualifications

- University degree within Automation, Computer or Electrical Engineering.
- Extensive experience in MS SQL database and Reporting Services technologies
- Experience in MES systems for production environments
- Experience in Microsoft .Net C#.net and web application development
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.


Knowledge or experience within one or more of the following areas is considered a merit:

- System architecture for process automation solutions (ip-network, domain, security)
- Modelling and implementation of database applications
- Industry standards - S88 and S95
- Recipe and Batch management system
- Experience in working with implementation of Production Control systems (HMI/PLC)
- OPC standard communication
- ERP, Scheduling or WMS systems
- Virtualisation


As an Automation Specialist you need MES/MIS, IT and database competences and you will work with designing, configuring and testing complete automation solutions focusing on reports, recipes/batch and traceability functionality adapted to different customer needs. You have knowledge and understanding of the complete automation functionality.
