Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Automotive System Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Utilize proven expertise in embedded system development to contribute to various technical aspects, including systemization in product development, requirement handling, system design, and system testing.
Engage in modern development processes such as backlog refinement and management, as well as testing methodologies including black box and system integration testing.
Apply experience with common development processes such as ASPICE, Scrum, Scrumban, and Kanban, particularly within the context of Automotive Software.
Utilize tools like Polarion and Jira for baselining, requirements management, and change management.
Lead the creation of system requirements and contribute to the design and development of complex embedded systems.
Facilitate the functionality and productivity of the team, ensuring close cooperation across all roles and functions while removing barriers to progress.
Act as or support the Product Owner in defining, planning, and prioritizing the backlog for a system component team.
Identify and address impediments that hinder team progress, facilitating discussion and conflict resolution as needed.
Assist with internal and external communication efforts, enhancing transparency, and disseminating information effectively.
Collaborate with the Agile Team to define and scale user stories, as well as estimate their size.
Evaluate system structures and contribute to system requirement creation and understanding.

What You Bring:
Proven expertise in embedded system development, with a strong grasp of technical environments and methodologies.
Experience in systemization within product development, including requirement handling, system design, and testing.
Familiarity with modern development processes such as ASPICE, Scrum, Scrumban, and Kanban, particularly in the Automotive Software domain.
Proficiency in using tools like Polarion and Jira for baselining, requirements management, and change management.
Strong ability to create system requirements and contribute to the design and development of complex embedded systems.
Leadership skills to ensure team functionality and productivity, fostering cooperation and removing barriers.
Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities, facilitating discussion and addressing impediments.
Experience in Agile methodologies, including backlog management and user story definition.
Analytical mindset with the capability to evaluate system structures and contribute to system requirement understanding.
