We are looking for a B2B Technical Support Engineer to join one of the leading consumer electronics companies in the world! This is a consultancy opportunity, a 2 year contract starting ASAP with possible extension.

Job Description: As a B2B Technical Support Engineer you will support the B2B Division. Your main responsibility will be to support product and solution issues within Samsung, for partners, and in end customer environments for LED/LFD/HTV products in the Nordics, in close cooperation with quality and R&D operations in Korea. Job assignments also include:

Identify and analyse quality issues on LED/LFD/HTV products


Advanced diagnose and troubleshooting of LED/LFD/HTV products


Support Samsung Authorized Service Partners with training and guidelines


Support CS technical engineer in daily operation within the Nordics


Escalate product quality issues to Samsung production and development operations


Manage implementation of new system logics and follow up with partners


Identify and solve critical issues in end customer environments


Support presales and post sales issues on site and partner pilot tests


Support problem solving task-force activities for products and solutions


KPI management and analyzing data


Suitable Background: Experience from working with service and support of LED/LFD/HTV products


Knowledge from working with Magic Info, Reach Solution, Teamviewer, and LSM 


Broad experience in solutions and technical support from professional LED/LFD/HTV business


Strong knowledge of IT-infrastructure management and IT department operations


Good knowledge and understanding of both software and hardware of modern LED/LFD/HTV products


Technical degree preferred, alternatively exceptional track record

Exceptional service mind towards internal stakeholders, pratners and end-customers


Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications


Strong communication skills in English
