Back Office Engineer – IMS/ Ingenjör till IMS Back Office

We are looking for two back office IMS engineers with experience from  Ericsson IMS nodes CSCF, HSS, TSS, EMA etc and from mobile telecom.If you are considering the challenge of an Engineer position in the Managed Services this may be the opportunity you've been looking for. Main responsibilities:

* Preparing of Change management Low Level Design, including providing valuable technical inputs in the interface between High Level Design and LLD.
* Level-3 / Level-4 level fault restoration and configuration (Incident & Problem) management of work delegated.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of design practices and network implementation process
* Act as contact point for incidents from various functions like NOC, IPM etc
* Ensure Back office operations services are delivered according to contract, SLA and contribute to customer satisfaction.
* Emergency restoration procedure and processes oriented.
* Prepares Incident /Root Cause Analysis reports.
* Coordination with relevant departments for technical and management issue resolution and timely escalations.
* Preparing operation reports and dashboard.

 

Qualifications:

Operator or Vendor related hands-on experience of minimum 5 years (preferable experience from multi vendor environments).

* Working level experience on Ericsson IMS nodes, including: CSCF, HSS, TSS, EMA, MTAS, MMAS, SCCAS, ECE etc.
* Excellent understanding and experience on equipments like, SBC (Acme Packet), TMO (Emblacom), VU8020 (Enghouse), IMS Routers, Broadworks applications servers and Albatross solutions etc.
* Excellent understanding and work experience of Unix, Windows, SIP, ISUP and TCP/IP.
* Excellent understanding and working experience on interface between different IMS network elements.
* Excellent knowledge in Mobile Telecom (2G,3G,4G), and developing technologies in  Telecom
* Focused to knowledge sharing and developing new resources
* Good in analytic and investigation technique
* Computer and general IS/IT knowledge and general programming skills.
