ABOUT THE SERVICE
For this position you will be part of a team of consultants managed by Jessica Atterhäll.
Jessica Atterhäll is Account Manager at Benteler Engineering, she manages a team of consultants within mechanical engineering, design and development.. Depending on assignment placmement can be either in-house at Benteler?s office or on-site at one of our customers.
Jessica has worked in various consulting roles within the automotive industry, she is well aware of customer expectations awaiting challenges. As a consultant your personal development is key for the success of Benteler Engineering. Jessica therefore works closely both with you and other consultant managers in an ongoing process in order to keep up to date.

Your opportunity
We offer our customers product development services and need to strengthen our team withskilled project engineers. Which project and customer you will work for is subject to your personal background and experiences. You will work from our office in Gothenburg or on-site at any of our customers. You will interact closely with customers and be a part of a cross-functional team, you will alsobe responsible for the execution and achieving the goals of your assignment.

Your personality
You have experience within product development as a project engineer or you are a design engineer who is ready to try a new direction.
You are challenged by technical complexity,you are also able to propose technical solutions and designs that best meet the given requirements.
You are target driven and result oriented, both in regards to running projects and your own career. You pursue issues at hand and push for decisions to be made.

You are a good communicator, as a person you are positive and choose to see opportunities.
You speak English, Swedish and preferably additional languages.
