We are looking for a Bid Manager for the public/private sector who will provide bid support services in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Poland. Ework is a company in an expansion phase which means that you in the long run will get the opportunity to support even more sites.



In this role you will work with both pre-selling and project management. Your primarily assignment is to win bids by presenting winning solutions and give our clients the best offer, that will also be profitable for Ework.



You are responsible for leading the site, client team and management in order to finalize the bids. Beside that you will often work on your own with writing and producing proposals and present your proposals to internal stakeholders. Further more, you will be responsible for communicating and sharing the information with both internal and external stakeholders in order to decide tactics and win the deal.

Your task will include:

• Be responsible for leading and coordinating the bids
• Supporting the solution selling process of larger consolidation projects and/or MSP (managed service supplier)
• Supporting all sites with know-how and tactics to win bids
• Writing and producing proposals
• Presentations and leading negotiations with clients




Required experience of:

• Leading larger consolidation bids and negotiations
• Business development since you will be a part of our continuous work of developing and improving our client offers
• Working in more than one country, often in an environment of different cultures and company set ups
• PPT and Excel, in order to analyze and decide which pricing and business models to use




To succeed in this role you have to be fluent in Swedish and English both verbally and in written.
