Scope of the Position
The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading, developing and delivering a regional business operation that increases sales and profitability as well as improving quality of service. He/She will ensure customer and employee satisfaction by directing, coordinating and monitoring all sales, branch operation and personnel development activities. The Branch Manager must also "live" our Brand Values and engage with and coach our staff to do likewise. This role will be hands on and require involvement in day to day activities and operations, previous experience in sales and operations management is an advantage as well as an understanding of all services currently offered in the branch. Swedish language is an advantage.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·Develop, implement and deliver sales & profitability against objectives for the region in line with business requirements,
·Achieve the profitability goals/objectives of the division/branch and organisation,
·Manage P&L, Budget, WIP and accrual efficiently and in a timely way,
·Ensure that all areas of work performance or departments are properly staffed and directed throughout the year,
·Recruit, train, develop and motivate staff,
·Communicate effectively with other branches and senior managers by sharing information on effective best practices, business opportunities and needs.
·Address claims, customer feedback and escalations promptly and in accordance with our values,
·Review and manage branch quality scoring and ensure that the scoring objective is met or exceeded at all times,
·Ensuring that our customers transit time expectations are correctly set and maintained on a daily basis,
·Ensure accurate and complete job costings for all appropriate moves,
·Collaborate fully with the Credit Control Department to manage debts & DSO reports with a view to meeting or improving on our objectives in this area,
·Actively promote Crown's CSR program and activities and meet our objectives in this area,
·Ensure ISO standards and compliancy measures are maintained,

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
·Minimum of 5 years of experience as Senior Manager
·Previous experience from the relocation industry or international assignments is an advantage.
·Have a strong appreciation of business processes and challenges
·Have commercial focus on profitability
·Previous experience in managing P&L
·Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing to a broad range of audiences
·Flexibility to adjust with changing business requirements
·Demonstrated analytical and creative problem solving skills
·Experience of working in a diverse cross-cultural environment
·Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration preferred
