Your role
You will be reporting into one of the two Brand Directors who work with the teams in Stockholm, and bring with you 8+ years of experience in the marketing discipline.
As Brand Manager, your new role will be at the very center of EA business and with that, comes a requirement for those looking for a meaningful & massively rewarding challenge. Your experience of guiding complex, strategic initiatives in your current and previous roles will be leaned into heavily once you join this team. Brand Marketing is always on; We over-index our investment at product inception but our work is critical right through to sunset. 
The primary focus of this position is to join the EA Originals business and help accelerate that which is, arguably, the most exciting portfolio opportunity at EA. Our task is to partner with the brightest and best upcoming studios in the world and help them deliver the best work of their lives.
Our work
We partner closely with the entire organization of EA but with studio, we are two-in-a-box. That relationship is paramount and makes up the bulk of the initial, upstream work. Beginning here, and with the assistance of our Global Analytics & Insights group, our team focuses on developing the key strategies for the brand. We revel on the delicate art of matching player & market insight to product pillars and key features. 
With this work in place, our role becomes really simple and at the same time, also radically complex. In collaboration with Marcom & wider Cross Functional teams, we carefully guide and lead the brand towards it common, collective goal at launch and beyond as we extend into Live Services.
