Are you passionate about development and transformation? No need to look any further, we are now looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will work with one of the most prioritized areas in the bank, introducing a new tele-communication platform for call centers and branches across all our home markets.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be a part of one of the most existing and prioritized areas in the bank working with implementing tele-communication platforms serving both application end user and customers
- Facilitating collaboration with different stakeholders to ensure a successful way of working and overall understanding our stakeholders needs


What is needed in this role:
- Ability to be able to translate stakeholders needs into solution(s)/requirement(s)
- Drive and coordinate new developments with relevant stakeholders and development team(s)
- Skilled people’s person, collaborating with many different stakeholders
- Ability to detail and verify the back-log items and plan/estimate work together with the team
- Have a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Understanding of IT landscape, retail banking and/or tele-communication platforms
- Experience of working in agile development organisations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience for a business-critical platform
- It is beneficial to have previous experience with cloud-based solutions
