LeanDev is looking to expand our team in Kista (Stockholm) with an experienced business analyst with drive and passion for our customer’s business needs, technology and agile
software development.

About us
LeanDev is Sweden’s leading provider of deposit and credit solutions. Our solutions are intuitive, compliant, standardized, and highly automated. With our standardized solutions,
financial institutions can be up and running within a month, providing deposit accounts and flexible credits to their customers. Counting a total of 70 employees within two key locations, Kista and Beijing, LeanDev is in a continuous expansion phase as we are rapidly adding more customers to help them transform to the new generation banking platform.

About the role
As an experienced business analyst you will work on-site and you will be tasked with the overall responsibility for business reporting for one of our key customer accounts. A data warehouse as well as an operational database solution is being used as the key data sources for business reporting. The role involves frequent contact within the client organization and requires to quickly capture even more complex business report requirements. Followed by thorough requirements analysis, report creation and validation of results is expected to be performed
with quality measures and effectiveness. Continuous maintenance and enhancement of existing business report suites is also part of this role.

Skills and Experience
We require that you can show at least the following qualifications:
- A technical background, e.g. M.Sc. or similar.
- Extensive experience in a wide variety of reporting efforts, techniques and tools for business reports. Experience of Crystal Reports alternatively SQL Server Reporting
Services is of advantage.
- Significant knowledge in database designs with star schemata (data warehouse) as well as relational databases.
- Skilled to establish complex SQL queries (preferable with PostgreSQL) including stored procedures and views, as well as used to analyze existing and quite sophisticated report structures.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work self-standing as well as part of a team, take directions, self-organizing, achieve tasks without constant monitoring.
- Ability to prioritize workload in light of fluctuating business requirements and manages delivery expectations to ensure project success.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both in speech and in writing.

Additionally, we value if you have any of the following experience:
- Having a background from the finance industry, gained in your technical career or by working in other relevant roles in the finance industry.
- Having worked with geographically distributed development teams.
