We are looking for a Business Analyst, with primary focus on the Sales, Marketing and Service process area. You will report organizationally to Tobias Wilnier, Global IT Business Support, and you will be a member of the IT Governance organization.

Job Content
In your position you will act globally, in the borderland between the business and the IT organization. You must have the ability to identify and capture business requirements and to translate them into feasible IT solutions. You will often lead IT related projects to improve the business processes. Together with the business organization you will participate in the administration of our existing IT applications. At the moment our main projects within the process area are CRM, EDI, e-Business and web.

Your Profile
The position put high demands on communication skills and analytical capability, a structured, efficient and self-propelled way of working and a capability of handling many parallel and diversified tasks simultaneously. You must have a documented experience or training in project management together with a good knowledge in IT, databases and requirement analysis. You can communicate fluently in Swedish and English. You are a team player that understands that collaboration is the key to success. Knowledge in the business processes of Sales, Marketing and Service, IT Governance, project portfolio management or Medical Device will be considered as merits. You should have a university education with the main emphasis on computer science and/or industrial economics and/or sales and marketing.
