Your future challenge
As a member of the BI Team be responsible for identifying, structure and documenting business gaps and opportunities.
Take part of projects, pre-studies and planning phases in order to secure that future solutions meets the business needs and expectations. This by helping Husqvarna stakeholders to articulate needs and the rationale for change and describe the solutions that can deliver value.
You will work closely together with main business stakeholders as well as with internal GIS resources and strategic outsourcing partners

Team description
Information Management Competence Centre is a cross-skill team within Husqvarna GIS. The team has a combined responsibility to manage Husqvarna's Business Intelligence, Master Data and Integration platforms and to secure knowledge about and competency around these three areas. You will be working in a team of highly skilled colleagues with a deep knowledge and extensive experience but also interact closely with business stakeholders and our strategic suppliers.


Your role
The Business Analyst should identify, document and manage all business requirement for a solution, so that solution meets the needs and expectations of the users, and other internal or external stakeholders.
Enables Husqvarna people to articulate needs and rationale for change and describe the solutions that can deliver value.


Main areas of responsibility:
. Requirements Management & Solution Evaluation
. Identify improvements by elicit, analyse, challenge and document (e.g. business requirements, use cases, user stories, test cases & acceptance criteria, boundary conditions) all stakeholder needs and detailed business requirements. For a technical service this includes functional and non-functional requirements


Knowledge
. Solid knowledge and experience in business analysis, requirements engineering process and configuration management
. Good at facilitating, planning and managing workshops and activities
. Good knowledge within the assigned solution area, its roadmap, life cycle management as well as the IT solution/platform
. Good knowledge of test methods and tools with focus on acceptance testing and good understanding of unit, system, integration testing
. Knowledge of general IT frames e.g. standards, infrastructure and platforms, frameworks, development concepts and processes
. Solid understanding of project and software lifecycle management

The position includes some travelling.


Who you are
We think that you have a relevant educational background for the specified position. You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a large international company. To manage the task of this position it's essential that you have a deep understanding of business analysis, requirements engineering process and Business intelligence. Good knowledge of Master Data and Data Integration.

You have the ability to communicate both in written presentation and in speech. As we are a global organization this includes excellent skills in English. It's important that you are a well-organized person who likes to work in a structured way and actively work on preserving established processes and procedures.


Education: Bachelor's degree.
