Business Analyst, Hybrid

We’re looking for an analytical and business savvy professional to join us as Business Analyst.

You will be part of the International Post unit within Nordic Strategy & Solution, which is part of the PostNord Group organization. The team is responsible for developing and managing PostNord’s international business and is now looking for another employee to join the team. Half of the team is in Sweden and the other half in Denmark. Solna will be your home base.

This is a new position with focus on data driven analysis within the commercial side, not only for International Post but for the entire Nordic Strategy and Solutions area.

Briefly about the role we offer

In this position, you act in close collaboration with the senior management of our organization and countries to create true value and enhance the business further - and you do this by challenging and supporting us in creating new insights and turning them to actionable advice.

You will be reporting directly to Head of International Post in Stockholm. Tasks will among other things include:

- Enable data driven insights and decision making
- Analytics related to our work within cross border business, customer segmenting, Potentials /TAM, customer behavior, trend analysis etc.
- Leading and supporting analytics initiatives
- Prepping material for management presentations and recurring reporting to management forums

We are looking for you who have

- An understanding of our business is valuable, but more important is an interest in being part of setting and driving our change agenda.
- Have at least 3 years of work experience from a similar role within business, commercial etc.
- Have relevant academic degree(s) within for example finance, industrial economics, engineering etc.

As skill set, we expect that you:

- Have great skills in BI tools like Power BI, Qlik etc.
- Have excellent communication skills in English and Swedish
- Comfortable working with analytics and large amounts of data.
