Acne Studios is a Swedish based fashion company with a global reach that sells its products through 650 retailers in more than 40 countries and more than 30 concept stores located in Paris, London, New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, among others. It is a fast growing company with a yearly turnover of roughly 100 MEUR. The headquarter is located in the Old Town in Stockholm, and employs around 140 people. Apart from the Stockholm office, Acne Studios operates offices in Paris, New York, Oslo and Copenhagen.

Job description

We are currently looking to for a Business Analyst to join the IT team. The primary focus for this position will be to work together with the different departments in the organization to fully understand and document requirements on new IT systems or internal customization in existing systems. You will primarily be involved in the early stages of the implementation process to secure all requirements and demands are clear to all involved parts in a project. Simply put, function as a link between the organization and the IT-department to secure a seamless development/implement process from idea to reality. The position is based at HQ in Stockholm or in Helsingborg

The role includes

• Identify new and/or changed critical business processes for new IT systems/functions
• Identify Stakeholders and key persons in future implementations of IT Systems/functions
• Perform workshops with stakeholder to identify and understand requirements and demands
• Break down high-level requirements into functional requirements in a clear and understandable format
• Write Business Requirement Documents for new IT systems/Functions
• Assist System developers and Testers in their work to secure requirements and demands are understood
• Continuously improve the business analysis process and implementation process for new and/or existing IT systems/functions

Skills needed for success

• Minimum Bachelor degree within IT, Finance and/or Business Administration
• Minimum three years’ experience working as a Business Analyst and/or IT/Management consultant
• Very good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Very good analytical skills
• Listening skills to understand what people say as well as find out what they might be reluctant to say
• A quick learner
• Creativity and flexibility in order to find solutions that no one else would think of
• Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are meriting
• Knowledge of Dynamics AX is not a required but a plus
