Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst (strategy/process oriented) to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Take ownership for securing Mission deliveries for Performance Management with passion and engagement.
Ensure End-to-end ownership of global strategy for performance management, day-to-day operations, and continuous development.
Collaborate closely with other area leads to manage Talent Journey dependencies.
Initiate Global processes, define the calendar and scope for performance management, and ensure alignment with PX business teams.
Keep all documentation and communication material up-to-date, easy to understand, and accessible.
Regularly seek input from various sources to drive overall improvements in the solution.
Stay updated with best practices and incorporate knowledge into the solution.
Manage stakeholders and ensure major changes/decisions are properly anchored in time.
Translate business needs to digital requirements and expectations according to agreed design principles.
Actively collaborate with Digital and PX colleagues on prioritized areas and investments to achieve the best possible user experience and efficiency.

What you bring:
5+ years of experience in managing global HR processes.
Very good understanding of digital landscape and HR/People tools.
Understanding of agile product development.
Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and visualization/presentation skills.
Strategic and analytical mindset.
