Business Analyst Telematics

In the role as Senior IT Business Analyst (m/f), you will support the Telematics platform with Fleet management (I_Site) and new services offerings as well as other TMHE departments (service, warranty, rental etc.) with connected solutions. The Business Analyst will be the link between business and IT. To be successful in this role you should have a holistic thinking, great communication skills, a strong business and service orientation.

You will be responsible for driving investigations by validating and translating business requirements into functional requirements (what) and solutions (how) and contribute throughout the enhancement and new development process with analysis, solutions, user acceptance testing and training. As a Business Analyst, you will be the main contact for enhancement and product requests by product managers and other internal stakeholders. You will also manage our external suppliers on a daily basis by prioritizing work, participate in governance forums, demand planning etc.

The role is based in Business Area Telematics and entails a high level of interaction with internal customers as well as with multiple colleagues, such as Product Manager, Sales Developer, Operations, Support, Solutions Architect and with external suppliers in an international, inspiring environment. You should be able to perform tasks not only in the area of Business Analysis, but also be able to run and implement smaller projects on your own. The position is placed at Lindholmen, Gothenburg (SE) and reports to the Business Area Manager Telematics.

Qualifications

- University degree in applied science/information technology or similar
- 5+ years of experience in web development projects and/or service management
- Driving and facilitating pre-studies and requirement analysis
- Extensive hands-on experience and technical understanding Telematics platforms and solutions (connected units, web and mobile platforms)
- Experience in integration of back-end systems and external services (cloud)
- Experience in working in a multi-vendor & stakeholder environment
- Fluent English is required
- Team-player, self-motivated and proactive with a positive 'can do' attitude
