Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M Business architect comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

- Be a key resource in the Logistics Service Area management team
- Be the liaison and bridge between different business areas, Business and IT.
- Have the opportunity to work in detail within our business area but also the possibility to develop an overall understanding of our business as a whole
- Act as a representative for the Business area in all cross-functional initiatives and contribute to all initiatives from a holistic Enterprise Architecture perspective.
- Coach Requirement Specialists in the Logistics Area
- Lead pre-studies
- Enable business change management

Your skills

- Deep business knowledge, preferable in warehouse, transport and import/export
- A holistic and strategic mindset

- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Swedish
