The operative activities of the company are run within Hauler & Loader Division, Component Division, Cab Division, International Division and Customer Support Division. Volvo Construction Equipment AB has approximately 3 400 employees. Volvo Construction Equipment AB, International Division has the total business responsibility for the product range of Volvo Construction Equipment in the regions Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Turkey, Middle East, Africa, Oceania and Cuba. The responsibility comprises marketing, sales, financing and also parts and service. International Division has regional offices in the markets where business is run. The Eskilstuna office has approximately 70 employees. About 80 persons are locally employed outside Sweden. Volvo Construction Equipment International Division in Eskilstuna is looking for a: BUSINESS CONTROLLER Main responsibilities: The Business Control department within Volvo Construction Equipment AB, International Division consists today of three controllers, handling all type of matters related to controlling a sales company. We need to increase with yet another Business Controller and your assignment will contain financial accounting and reporting of actual figures and reporting of financial budget and forecast. You will also compile and analyze consolidated financial reports and support management and market department with financial information. Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration and Economics Appropriate language skills, minimum fluent in English Good communications skills - written and oral Analytical mind and good common sense Sense of urgency and ability to push forward with deliverables to timely completion Ability to work well under pressure, independently as well as in team Proficiency in the use of personal computers, including skills in Microsoft Office and SAP R/3 Experience in working in an international environment and interest for different cultures
