Within our sales area, we’re responsible for sales and service activities in 21 countries in Northern, Central and Eastern Europe. Our business is spread between the mining and construction industries, and our customer base represents a wide variety of applications. Your mission
As Business Controller for FP&A, you ensure timely reporting of the consolidated actual performance, forecasts and targets, and you support with financial analysis, advise and tools to optimize decision making and identify financial and operational drivers. Looking at modern, automated and proactive ways of working, you make sure we take necessary actions to develop and improve our processes, as well as our structure of operational performance management. A big part of your mission is providing counsel to the Sales Area Business Controller and other key stakeholders in the region. You also support our Manager for Business Development and Strategy. You are a member of the Business Control management team for the Sales Area, and you handle consolidation and reporting of our financials and KPIs. In addition, you are a frequent user of BPC, Qlickview and Excel, and your knowledge and experience help us ensure accuracy in reports and analysis.
This position is located at our Crushing and Screening site in Svedala, Sweden, and some business travel is included in your job.
Your background and character
We are looking for someone with an academic degree in Accounting or Business Administration, combined with a couple of years’ experience from similar positions or from an auditing or consulting company.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you also have:
Proficiency in data management; meaning you extract data, perform analysis and produce reports
Skills in Excel, group reporting tools and data warehouse solutions
The ability to collaborate in matrix and cross-cultural settings
Excellent verbal and written skills in English
You are an organized, quality conscious and detailed analyst, with a natural understanding of numbers. As a self-starter who enjoys working independently, you know how and when to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines and deliver results. On the other hand, you also have a genuine desire to collaborate and you easily build networks and influence people around you. All in all, a finance professional and a business partner we can truly rely on!
