We are now looking for a Business Coordinator willing to develop in a dynamic business environment and contribute to company transformation in the Business support function of Strategic account management. Could that be you? Please keep on reading!
About the role
As a member of our Business Support team, you will be working closely together with the Strategic Account Managers that have the ultimate responsibility for the strategic accounts that we manage. 
The assignment includes tender management where you are responsible for driving the project team consisting of representatives from Business Units/ markets as well as experts from other corporate functions to deliver requested input according to the given timeline. In addition, you handle ongoing technical and business requests from your assigned customers. You are also responsible for a number of internal processes to secure that those are continuously improved, support the process of optimizing specifications, and customer interaction with other tasks.

Required experience and qualifications
As a person, we believe that you have an analytical way of thinking and great communication skills. You have the ability to work with complex tasks and solve problems. Furthermore, team spirit and respect for the individual are crucial for you! 

You don't have to fulfil all the bullets below, but if you can that's of course a bonus!
• University degree in Engineering (preferably) or Business 
• Previous experience within similar profession, maybe you have been working within project management or similar
• Fluent in English and French
• Microsoft Office experience, PBI
• Process digitalization experience 
• Project Management 
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
