Position Overview
EBANQ is seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive to manage leads, nurture existing client relationships, and explore new opportunities within the financial services and fintech sectors for our out-of-the-box banking software. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary with commission-based incentives, providing ample room for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities
Implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
Manage and cultivate leads to drive sales growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in a friendly and considerate manner; identifying opportunities for upselling additional modules to accompany the core banking software.
In time, prepare and represent the company for occasional attendance at tech/startup industry events, expos, and summits.

Requirements
Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages are valued.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping clients succeed.
University degree.
CRM management experience.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team who work remotely.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

Location
This position is based in Stockholm and you must be based there. The option to work remotely or from our co-working office is available.
Occasional paid travel to company locations in Cyprus and Spain, as well as participation in industry events globally.
