Our Client is an American public multinational corporation that develops, manufactures, licenses, and supports a wide range of products and services predominantly related to computing through its various product divisions. Its most profitable products have come to dominate the commercial office suite market, and the company’s operating system, which has achieved near ubiquity in the desktop computer market. The company has also diversified in recent years into the video game industry as well as into the consumer electronics and digital services market.

Venezu is a temp and recruitment agency that works exclusively with B2B companies in the ICT industry. We focus on the Nordic market and we are looking for motivated and skilled candidates that fit the innovative and can-do environment of our customers. We are now looking for a Sales Center Specialist to be located in Kista, Sweden.

Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will provide presales support for one of their largest partners across Sweden. This role is responsible for effective communication of the business and technical value of our customer’s core products and solutions to their partner’s Sales Agents & decision makers across the applicable segments (Distributors & Resellers) resulting in sales revenue across Client, Office & Server solutions.

The Business Development Manager should demonstrate very concise and effective communication with customers and solid relationships with their partner’s sellers and stakeholders to provide effective readiness of the product & services of our customer, delivering appropriate sales awareness of these products and services through local sales activities to accelerate and close sales opportunities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
? Drive Sales Readiness with Agents and Channel Partners by education on product and licensing scenarios for our customer’s products
? Ability to compare, contrast and sell our customer’s offerings with other companies in the industry to Sales Agents and Channel Partners
? Be the expert and evangelize Business Value of our customer vs. key competitors
? Ensure all essential product training to the partners Sales Agents by business segment is up to date
? Perform weekly audits on sales messages across the Business Segment teams and ensure the teams have the most current OEM scenarios, scripts and product collateral


Sales awareness

? Together with the Swedish PAM & our partners Sales & Marketing Leads develop and agree Quarterly Sales Center plans
? Work with our partners Sales & Marketing as well as inside PAM & OEM Marketing local teams to dirve optimum awareness to any product deals / special offers / bundles and evangelise these through the partner’s Direct & Channel routes to market.

Sales Execution
? Weekly sales pipeline management, tracking and close, reporting consistent metrics like all other Sales Center BDMs
? Track & monitor weekly activities with focus on key activities - Readiness, Sales Management & Deal Closure at the Sales Centers and at the Partner sites as appropriate
? Working in the relevant sales center or at key Channel partner locations to drive sales
? Escalating and closing issues with the Sales Center teams and Channel Partners as needed.
? Track own activities to drive continuous Sales focus and workload prioritization
? Hunt for new business working closely with the PAM & Sales Leads as they develop new business channels through dormant account revival, new accounts, and business acquisitions.


Your background:


? 2-4 years’ experience in a Sales driven role
? Demonstrated strong commitment to drive for sales results
? Strong Sales Acumen with extensive working experience in Sales Center Environments, with a preference for Sales Experience
? Proven track record of Sales Revenue Achievements & Over-achievements
? Experience in a Customer Care / Technical support role
? Demonstrated Sales Pipeline Management Expertise
? Proven Business development experience
? Strong relationship and inter-prsonal skills
? Excellent presentation skills
? Outstanding organizational skills and organizational agility
? Demonstrated ability to deal with and navigate through ambiguity
? Proven capability to make the right choices in the absence of direct supervision
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Customer Service and/or Technical Support experience
