Business Development Manager, Fleet Management Solutions
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to enhance Fleet Management Solutions, identify opportunities, build relationships, empower teams, and drive revenue growth. Join us!

Your team
The team develop and offer value creating solutions that help our customers’ and us to keep people safe, keep our customers’ fleet of equipment productive and make least possible footprint on the environment. 
Our solutions range from equipment connectivity and information management to customer experience applications. 
Your mission 
As the Fleet Management Solutions Business Development Manager, your mission is to create and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth by delivering value to our customers. Achieving commercial excellence in this area of FMS holding customer satisfaction and sales execution as a leading star.
You ensure a high level of consistency in our commercial offerings ensuring that our business models are in line with the value proposition of our customers so that we can reach our full potential and accelerating the transformation” through: 
•    Identify and develop the needs of both our internal and external customers.
•    Provide business expertise and support in packaging together our Fleet Management Solutions with our digital, Automation, Connectivity solutions and Epiroc’s products and services. 
•    Identifying and developing new business opportunities and formalize partnerships to expand our global reach. 
•    You will also play a crucial role in understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions that deliver value and exceed expectations.
•    Developing new value driven business models by working closely with our internal and external customers to ensure win-win scenarios.
•    Implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth will be a key focus, and you will analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead.
•    Strengthen our product and application knowledge base within the sales teams you support, act as a sales enabler to translate the value of our Solutions offering
•    Ensure competence development of our sales teams by creating and executing on commercial and sales training to support their competence development plans.
Your profile
You are highly motivated, commercially driven and results oriented. You possess strong leadership skills, creative problem-solving capabilities, ability to think beyond how things have been done to how they can be optimized. Apart from enjoying all aspects of collaboration, you are enthusiastic with passion and commitment for doing things in the right way without risking loss of business. You are a team-player and enjoy sharing with your colleagues.
You have a Bachelor of business, marketing, or related field. You should have Minimum of five (5) years of experience in mining or construction equipment field is highly preferred. 

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
