Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager for Nordic Baltic (Power Systems)
Mission
As a Power Systems Nordic Baltic Business Development Manager at Schneider Electric, you will be responsible for driving business growth and market expansion in the Nordic and Baltic regions. Your key duties will include developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. You will also be expected to stay updated on market trends and competitive activities to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in representing Schneider Electric as a leader in energy management and automation solutions. Join us in shaping the future of energy and automation!
Key Tasks & area of Responsibilities
Build & Implement Strategic Growth plans for Power Systems Business in the Nordic Baltic zone
Manage Strategic accounts through deep customer relationships and value propositions
Promote and sell the full Schneider Electric Energy management offers, solutions, sustainability and services to key top end users
Influence & Sell to key targeted end users in the zone.
Prescribe Ecostruxure Power offers & energy management softwares.
Ensure Schneider-Electric is addressing key decision makers of the customer organization (C-Level)
Promote Schneider electric Sustainability services.

Working Relations
Working closely with the PS Zone VP, PS Country Sales Directors, Power Systems Sales teams, Partner Sales VPs in countries. This role will develop Power Systems growth strategy, develop our market shares at end users and related EPCs & Process OEMs. This role will be recognised as the face of Schneider Electric Nordic to our key end users customers. The Role will handle key end users accounts together with PS Sales in the countries.
Geographical area: Nordic Baltic Zone
Reporting to: Power Systems VP Nordic Baltic
Job Requirements & key success factors
Bachelor degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Fluent in English is required – Used to contractual negotiations in english
Proven experience (5-10 years) in sales , business development, or a related role in a zone or a region.
Commercial profile with experience in Solution Sales environment, complex deals closing and managing associated contracts
Experience working in a regional or international sales capacity, collaborating with diverse teams and engaging with customers across different markets.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer needs, develop compelling solutions, and close deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and articulate our value proposition to customers & sales organization in a clear and persuasive manner.
