Business Development Manager - Code Institute

The tech talent pipeline is depleted. Code Institute is dedicated to bridging the tech skills gap, and the productivity gap between developers and non-technical professionals. Technology has permeated every industry creating a surge for technically skilled staff. With this in mind, Code Institute developed an innovative Diploma in Tech Fundamentals course to complement their Diploma in Software Development. The goal is to not only produce career-ready software developers but to train people to work efficiently with developers. Code Institute is dedicated to creating a global standard for technical education. As the regional manager of the Stockholm suboffice, you will join Code Institute to help in training the future tech talent of the Nordics.

You will work with enterprise, government, and B2C. Some of these activities would include:

- Managing the day to day operations of the business in Sweden and the Nordics
- Build a pipeline of corporate clients
- Selling new products to clients
- Develop an action tender submission plan for each Nordic country focusing on reskilling the long-term unemployed, refugees and army professionals.
- Execute one open evening events in each of the Nordic countries.
- Assist Marketing in opening up funding opportunities in Denmark and Finland
- Build a local team

Essential:

- 5+ years in Software or Education Sales
- Business development experience
- Experience building & managing a team.
- Fluent in Nordic language(s) & English
