The candidate
Do you have the skills to articulate and communicate with C-level and other senior executives, selling enterprise class technology solutions? Are you looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity?  Do you want to sell life-changing technology and save a life?
Compodium are looking for an experienced sales professional with advanced business acumen. The individuals must have experience of selling into “C” level end user customers across Sweden and Europe. The candidate will need to be a self-starter, operate professionally and carry excellence in service delivery with a proven record of converting opportunities to genuine sales success stories. We seek for candidates with experience in developing new accounts as well as taking existing customers to the next level.
Responsibilities
Implementing a sales strategy for listed accounts, liaising closely with Sales Leadership
Driving structured sales techniques spanning the entire sales cycle to close opportunities
Win enterprise strategic account opportunities as well as other key verticals such as healthcare with the aim to maintain Compodium as the leading supplier for secure, encrypted and authenticated communications
Significantly increase sales into existing accounts to maintain credibility, drive adoption of technology and continuously deliver service excellence
Develop customised solutions and service propositions for Enterprise customers as well as other verticals and successfully liaise with Compodium Go’s global technical services team to close business
Monitor the Unified Communications market in relation to business and market developments, customer requirements, competitor sales efforts and strategies and communicate this to the management team at Compodium
Build and maintain excellent relationships with both distribution and tier 1 vendor partners to aid the development of new business opportunities across Sweden and Europe
Ensure regular and accurate forecasting and reporting with experience of CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com, Upsales and that all required sales information is documented and maintained on a daily basis and ready for weekly 1:1 reviews with Sales Leadership.
Actively participate in the development of long range and competitive sales strategies for Compodium’s Solutions in participating with training programmes

Requirements
Confidence and experience of selling solutions to C-level
Proven track record in managing an IT/UC&C product portfolio in a B2B environment
Proven experience in, and existing relationships with major accounts business environment in a role for IT or UC&C sales, B2B-experience essential
Previous experience with a major account direct touch sales model, ideally in connection with two-tier distribution
Good hunter-attitude: being results driven, with autonomous and hands-on working style
Strong sales focus with an ambitious, pro-active approach to get things done
Resilient and dynamic with capacity to cope with pressure
Strong business acumen with developed entrepreneurial thinking
Excellent presentation skills.
Possess at least 3 years working experience in selling technology solutions into the enterprise or healthcare market
Educated to degree level in a technical or commercial discipline
Microsoft, Cisco, Poly technical and sales certification are a merit
Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English is essential
