As Business Development Manager, Implements/Attachments, you are a key contributor in our Sales organization. You work closely with the Sales Organization and are part of the daily sales activities of implements/attachments. The work involves continuous contact and follow-up with our sales organization and distribution channels. You will also work with monitoring and evaluating the global agricultural implements sales.
You will assist in streamlining and planning the sales process for implements, along with measuring results of the taken activities.
You support our sales organization in developing and improving implement sales to Importers, Dealers and Distributors in our global market.
You also assist our sales organization in reaching revenue targets and setting future growth targets. By doing regular follow-up with the sales organization, you deliver valuable information to ensure that we work in an effective way. You will also collaborate with our Product Management department in the introduction of new products to the market.
This position will be placed at our head office in Umeå, and report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Willingness to travel extensively is a pre-requisite.

Qualifications:
- Academic qualifications, minimum Bachelor's degree.
- 2-3 years' experience of global B-to-B sales, preferably in agricultural industry
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, verbal and in writing. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage, especially German and French.
- You are a goal-oriented person and an energetic self-starter.
- You have a good business mindset and positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills
