Unit/Department Description:
The Handheld category is responsible for the global business strategy based on market-, consumer-, competitor insights including P&L, strategic pricing, R&D and Design in the respective product category.

Position/Job Description:

.The BDM Specialist develops together with GPMs and Sales in the regions and countries short- or midterm plans in order to build the business in agreement with the Category Management.
.Is close to the market with a profound knowledge of market and retail/dealer business and a deep/broad understanding of business and distribution landscape.
.Responsibility for maintenance of category portfolio.
.Ensures that we meet the suitable price points vs.competitors in the relevant channels.

Essential Duties:

.Tracking and monitoring of competitor and retail activities
.Monitoring of market share and competitor development
.Manage business development projects
.Manage Project Requests
.Assists in setting of dealer price
.Interface with Sales Companies, problem solving

Preferred qualifications:

.University (Bachelor or Master) degree (preferred in marketing, business administration)
.More than 3 years experience in sales or product management (ideally international retail experience)
.Project management skills
