Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence function supports the BU Pulp and Performance Chemicals by providing management with structured information and analyses about market, customers and competitors.


Responsibilities

The main tasks and responsibilities are:

- Search, analyse and deliver information about market development, competitor and customer activities, in order to support operational and strategic decisions.

- Identify opportunities and threats in the global market and perform in depth analysis of competitors and customers strategy.

- Drive interaction between the Business Intelligence function and management throughout the organization.

The BI Analyst will interact with all business areas of the company and deliver up to date reports and analysis regarding their business area.


Job requirements / Candidate profile

- University degree
- MBA or experience of financial analysis
- Fluent in English

To be successful in this position you must be an outgoing person with an interest and ability to asses, compare and compile information from various sources. You are an independent person as well as a strong team worker skilled in giving presentations, building professional networks and deep-searching the Internet.
