Business Management Support

Our client work with our 300 largest customers in Sweden. This role is to work closely with the Enterprise Commercial Leadership team to do the analysis, follow up and advise on key metrics, both the daily operations and strategic long-term planning. You will contribute to guiding the leadership team into making insightful and predictable business decisions based on relevant data and analysis. You will support the Rhythm of the Business by providing business related performance insights. Be a contributor in the forecasting processes and support quarterly and annual planning and budgeting cycles

The Commercial Executive is a sales professional who is responsible to close Volume Licensing deals. You will work with our Commercial Executives and sales teams at our client’s office doing pre- and post-sales support and pricing analysis in the sales and contracting process. You may also support the Commercial Executives in the contracting process.

You can also work with business and operations-related processes and projects, for example drive improvement programs to optimize existing processes and tools and take active participation in driving related topics.

A typical day in the role: Conduct and provide analysis to the management team, follow up, interaction with other parts of the Enterprise Unit and support the Commercial Executives with pricing analysis and potentially contracting support.

Top three must have skills:
• Analytical
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel - good knowledge of other standard productivity tools like MS Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Service minded


The candidates we are looking for are fluent in English and in Swedish in order to be taken into consideration. You have already a Swedish work permit in place. You are curious, a self-learner, organized and someone who wants to understand how everything works.
The temp position as Administrative specialist & coordinator has an end date, the 30th of June 2019 but with an option to extend. The position is going to be based at our clients’ Swedish office in Kista.
