Business Manager

We are therefor looking into strengthen our team with a Business Manager focusing on provide some of our clients with pinnacle leadership, consultation, and data driven recommendations and actions. We see that you have a deep understanding of sales, marketing and business, how different activities drives sales and how to impact these.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead the account team and collaborate on a daily basis with cross functional resources
• Lead the way for the client, and physically work with the client on a daily basis
• Develop reporting structure including defining the correct KPIs for each client, anchor them with client and internally and make sure they are followed up correctly
• Creating consultancy reports to our clients with clear recommendations and action based on the data and insight
• Setting the correct specification for the business analyst, supporting in the analysis and quality assure all dashboards & reports
• Ongoing client dialog to follow up recommendations & insights

We are looking for


• Minimum +3 years’ experience from sales and/or marketing positions.
• Advance skills in MS Office/G-suite
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or such
• Deep understanding of sales, business and marketing e.g. what type of actions or market activities that drives sales and how to impact these
• Experience from ordering, supporting and performing insight analysis and reports with clear recommendations
• A driven team player with leader skills that can, with the help form the team, take a project from start to finish
• A structured, solution-oriented person that think outside of the box
• Retail experience is a merit, but not a requirement
