Your work day
As Business Project Manager you will work in a business context leading projects or programs contributing primarily with project management and leadership skills. You will work with project and program implementations, mainly driven by Process & IT functions. Projects mainly driven with P&IT project steering model Typically projects resulting in concrete changes in ways of working for a large employee population.

You will be the co-pilot of the Accounting Transfer Program manager, pilot and coordinate transfer and efficiency projects per country, mainly towards India and Poland. As Business Project Manager will you collaborate with country project managers, project team members and program team members to deliver on an efficient and qualitative way. You will secure execution of transfers and efficiencies in respect of business case, quality standard, method and deliverable standards, and gate schedule. Part of your role will be to support, follow up and secure issues solving and propose improvements and changes based on previous experience to improve successful transfer execution and implement them. You will implement transfer methodology in respect of deliverables and gates.

As a Business Project Manager will you use change management to efficiently drive transfer in sending and receiving locations, consolidate project inputs at program level, secure coordination of the projects at program level, drive and manage the overall consolidated program schedule. You report to program manager progress and status. Part of your role will also be to build steering committee material.
You will lead the coordination meeting and Program management Office meetings and be an active contributor in the core program team meetings.

You will be employed by Adecco and working as a consultant, placed at our client in Gothenburg. The commission is to start September 1st and is expected to last until December 31st. Personal skills
For this position you need following qualifications:
• 5-10 years experienced practitioner in Business Process Outsourcing for Finance and Accounting
• Excellent knowledge of Financial and Accounting shared services, mainly in India and Poland
• Experienced project manager
• Experienced project manager in efficiency projects
• Good knowledge on financial and accountable processes
• Experienced in change management
• Organised, structured and autonomous
• Pro-active, quick to learn and able to work on several topics in parallel
• Collaborative work, Analytic
• Committed to the delivery
• Good communications skills (make presentations, participate and/or drive workshops, status report)
• Be customer oriented and have a problem solving attitude
• Leadership skills
• Team player
• Ability to work in a global context
• English and Swedish fluent
