We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager for a Nordics Retail Customer of TCS. In your role you will be reporting to the Nordic Vertical head .The account delivery managers from onsite and offshore location will report into you. The role is based out of Stockholm, Sweden, though depending on actual business requirements travel within Sweden and/or to India will be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Business Relationship Manager primary goal is to support revenue growth by driving (introducing and shepherding to closure) targeted opportunities with key retail customers and in collaboration with TCS sales teams.
- In your role you will represent TCS as a retail industry expert and be able to create demand for solution areas and develop our retail account team/-s.
- You will be responsible to develop and evangelize our retail account strategy to both internal & external audiences
- Overseeing account from perspective of delivery and customer expectation. You will be required to develop a plan that describes the customer demand map relative to TCS solutions portfolio.
- You will be responsible for revenue and profitability expectations by driving the creation of annual business plan/strategy aligned to the financial year target.
- Develop and manage TCS relationship with the Customers at all levels from operational to tactical to CXO Levels.
- Partner with retail customers of TCS in Nordic and provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS thought leadership.


KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- At least 10 years of work experience in the IT services industry with with broad knowledge/exposure from the Retail Industry.
- Excellent Business development skills to achieve the revenue and profitability targets set in alignment with the business plan.
- Broad experience/knowledge of IT services, in order to quickly acquire/understand how to tailor existing and new TCS solutions to suit the retail customer/-s IT portfolio and their strategy.
- Wide knowledge of Global Delivery including the onshore-offshore model in order to leverage the TCS global consultant pool and deliver the most cost effective solution/services to identified clients.
- Broad Experience from working and managing staff in a multicultural work environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken/written), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
