Business Relationship Manager to Scania IT

Scania IT assists the Scania Group with system development, IT operations and infrastructure. Our mission is to provide the global Scania business with innovative and robust IT solutions. Scania IT has about 900 employees and is represented in Sweden, Holland, France, Belgium, Latin America and India.

Customer Interface within Scania IT is a function with the objective to develop and ensure the co-operation between Scania's business areas and Scania IT. We are responsible for the dialogue with the business regarding new and changed needs. Together with the business, we analyse the needs to ensure that we utilize our IT in the best way possible. We are also responsible for the financial interface between Scania IT and Scania.

Scania IT is searching for a Market Business Relationship Manager (BRM). Our team of Market Business Relationship Managers maintains the relation with the globally spread Business Units of Scania. The area of Market Business Relationship Management is evolving rapidly as a result of increased demand from Business Units, in conjunction with a further development of IC's Strategy.

Your tasks
In the BRM role, you are the primary contact between Scania IT and the business. You are also accountable for all Scania IT deliveries by:
.Understanding the business
.Identify and realize new business needs to IT solutions
.Representing the business organization within Scania IT
.Ensure that the deliveries from Scania IT are according to the business expectations
.Contribute to strategy- and roadmap development
.Initiate and follow up projects

Your experience.You have a general, documented IT competence with a relevant academic degree or equivalent knowledge from work experience
.We appreciate if you have a broad network in- and outside Scania.
.You have experience from working in a multicultural international environment
.You understand the challenges within infrastructure and software development, deployment and support processes in a global organisation
.You are fluent in English, written and spoken, German and/or Swedish optional
.The work will involve some travelling
