Overview
We are looking for a driven and team oriented Business Strategy Director who enjoys working in a challenging and dynamic environment and wants to be part of our continuing journey in developing SCA into a leading Hygiene and Health Company. As Business Strategy Director, you will support fact-based and sound business decisions by contributing to the strategy and business planning process for the Group and being responsible for projects in relation to strategy, market environment and business development.
The Strategic Planning Director is a member of the Strategy and Competitive Intelligence Team and reports to the Vice President Strategy and Business Development.
The preferred location for this position is at SCA’s head office in Stockholm which houses the group staff functions for Finance, Strategy and Business Development, Legal, Sustainability, Human Resources and Communications. Some 150 specialists work in an international environment where business processes are promoted through the global networks in the 60 countries where SCA is represented.

Main Tasks
Contribute to the development of the SCA corporate strategy, as well as functional strategies.
Prepares the SCA’s Business Planning process incl. necessary documentation, coordination etc.
Drives strategic and business development projects according to defined priorities.
Prepare, present reports and documents in an accurate and timely manner to support key stakeholders and senior management in decision making.
Take an active role in driving continuous improvement of the function’s deliverables and ways of working.
Develop and implement processes, systems and tools as well as user trainings in areas of responsibilities.

Key Competencies
Work experience and Educational background

Proven experience in strategy, finance and/or business development, example FMCG or consultant background.
Demonstrated ability to interact at a strategic level in an international environment.
Effective team player and ability of solid co-operation and networking, as well to be able to operate in cross functional and cross cultural settings in a matrix organization.
University degree in Business Administration, Finance or other relevant field.
Fluent in English oral and written.
