LeanNova Engineering is an engineering service company situated in Trollhättan, Sweden, created in 2012 by former engineers from Saab Automobile AB. Together with our main investor Fouriertransform AB, we are developing the company to compete internationally, mainly focusing on the automotive industry. We offer our customers excellence in development and integration of systems and attributes for complete vehicles. We have since the start-up in February 2012 grown to over 150 employees with a majority of former Saab engineers but also persons with other experiences. We will continue to grow rapidly and we plan to open offices in Shanghai and Gothenburg.

Position description

As a CAE Engineer you will be a part of the LeanNova CAE-team, which is continuously growing. Our strength is our experience and knowledge in complete vehicle development using CAE as the main development tool. We use a well-defined process that describes the work, assuring high quality.

We are now looking for CAE engineers with long experience from the vehicle development within body, chassis and interior systems as well as complete vehicle safety and NVH. You will mainly be placed in Trollhättan, but there are possibilities to also sit at customers, in Sweden or abroad.

Skills & Requirements

-Minimum 5 years work experience within CAE engineering
-Academic degree, Master in Mechanical, Structural or Physics Engineering
-Expertise within simulation in one or more domains e.g. Fatigue, Structural analysis, NVH, Safety
-Experience within some simulation softwares like Hyperworks, NCode, LS Dyna
-Competence to develop methods and scripts
-English in speech and writing
-Good team player/communicator
