The role

We are looking for a person to strengthen our Swedish Marketing team and take our CRM and Marketing Automation to the next level. The role covers a wide variety of marketing tasks, like updating our website, writing content for mailings and banners, having contact with our partners, as well as developing and managing marketing campaigns. You have the operational responsibility for our digital campaigns, setting up nurture tracks and analyzing information. It is all about creating result- and data driven marketing, engaging customers and prospects, and help them open doors to new business opportunities. You will have your focus on the Nordic countries, France, Italy and Benelux, and you will report to our Segment Marketing Manager. You will be positioned at our new headquarters in Stockholm.

Examples of tasks

Optimize the use of marketing automation (Hubspot) and CRM (Salesforce). Scoring, lead flow, nurturing and B2B demand generation best practices.Lead generation activities for end customers through marketing tactics such as email marketing, programmatic advertising etc.Manage the marketing relationship and activities between AddSecure and our channel-specific partners. Leverage local and global channel marketing activities.Analyze and report on campaigns and marketing program performance (Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce).Develop and execute marketing programs with focus to drive pipeline to sales.Keep our website up to date and relevant.

About you

You are a digital marketing expert withgreat communication- and relationship skills.  You are a well-organized person, who has a genuine interest in marketing, and you are comfortable in working both independently and as part of a team.  You have an interest and genuine curiosity for technology. As a social, creative and driven doer you are not afraid of trying new ways to solve a problem and you appreciate the opportunity to shape and develop the role within a fast-growing company. Furthermore, you are comfortable with juggling strategic direction and practical day-to-day tactics of getting things done, combined with an analytical mindset and the ability of paying high attention to details.

Qualifications

You have a bachelor´s degree in Marketing/ Communication or equivalent and preferably two - five years´ of working in a similar position. Experience of working with B2B is an advantage. Your expertise in CRM andmarketing automation is well grounded and you know how to optimize the use of both systems.  You are a self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong ability to prioritize workload. Strong oral and written communication proficiency in Swedish and English is essential. If you also speak French, Italian, Dutch or Finnish it is an advantage.
