Capture & Tendering Manager

Job description:
The AQCS Service activity develops business to the Alstom and other OEM fleets through state of the art control systems and comprehensive upgrade solutions. The purpose of this job is to manage the capture & tendering department and develop the AQCS business globally with a specific focus on North Europe.

In this position you will own, manage and develop the capture & tendering process to secure fulfillment of internal and external requirements, efficient processes, competitiveness, customer satisfaction and an attractive working place. Part of the job is to managing the people and budget for the capture and tendering department. You will also be a member of the TSAV management team with location in Växjö.
This position reports directly to the MD TSAV. This job requires traveling within Sweden and globally.


Job requirements:
For this job you need to have relevant education, solid management experience and business acumen. Industrial background and the knowledge of the AQCS business are desirable. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken is a demand, as well as contract management/terms and conditions and legal awareness. Travelling is a part of the work.

You have excellent internal influencing and motivational skills as well as strong people management and leadership skills. You enjoy work under pressure, and can easily understand processes and see the whole picture, as well as the attentions to employees.
