EnterCard is an international credit-card company established through cooperation between Barclay Bank plc and Swedbank.The company has subsidiaries in Norway and Sweden that issues credit cards directly to customers and via partners including Swedbank and Norwegian and Swedish Savings banks.A branch of EnterCard Norge was established in Denmark in 2007.

Card Management Suite Specialist
EnterCard has implemented shared IT services, IT-S, as a separate IT organisation enabling the execution of EnterCards business plan and daily activities.IT-S is providing IT services internally and together with external suppliers of IT Services.Currently EnterCard has IT operations in Oslo, Trondheim and Stockholm.
The Application Maintenance Analyst will report to Head of Service Development.
The key responsibilities for the position are:
Main responsible within the CMS systems
Provide support for one or several IT applications
Ensure that applications are available on a day-to-day basis
Provide corrective and preventive maintenance on applications
Analyse what effects proposed changes may have on applications
Complete changes on applications
Support IT developers in project activities related to IT applications as required
Interact with third party vendors to ensure that work is executed within agreed terms and conditions
Provide specialist support for one or more EnterCard business applications
Provide assistance to EnterCards business units/ end-users and partners on possible solutions to integration or other related issues
The job holder could also:
Stand-by-duty to ensure that end-of-day (EOD) activities are running correctly at all times
Hold the role as System Responsible for one or more EnterCard systems (systems/applications/IT infrastructure components)
Coordinate and communicate changes, improvements and other important information about the system components to the System Owner
Develop and maintain a system continuation plan and a disaster recovery plan, including business-operating procedures
Ensure acceptable levels of documentation; including audits, controls and procedures for operating and maintaining the system
Ensure that the systems fulfil security requirements according to IT security policy and other standards
Responsible for licence requirements and should ensure that applicable version is available
The successful candidate will have:
IS/IT related education
Good IT Knowledge
Good knowledge of Oracle-DB-Platform, Linux (RedHat), Windows 2003
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good IT system knowledge combined with specific card issuing competence
Financial background on Bachelor or higher level
Good proficiency in English, along with the ability to communicate in Scandinavian languages
