POSITION OVERVIEW - HR BUSINESS PARTNER
In light of Lindström Group's growth trajectory, we are seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to fortify our team in Sweden. This pivotal role will encompass supporting Lindström's employees across Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg, and Jönköping. ROLE DESCRIPTION 
As an HR Business Partner at Lindström, you will play a dual role, addressing both operational and strategic aspects of human resources. Key responsibilities include overseeing HR processes, providing support in labor law, leadership, recruitment, salary matters, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, you will contribute to process development, identify areas for improvement, and actively engage in various projects. This role involves periodic travel to Lindström's offices in Gothenburg, Jönköping, Malmö, and Stockholm.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Provide HR support and guidance to the management team and employees.
Collaborate with HR Managers within the European regions.
Lead initial stages of recruitment processes for both white-collar and blue-collar positions.
Coordinate local training programs and ensure ongoing updates as necessary.
Navigate Lindström's yearly cycle, including goal setting, salary audits, succession planning, and bonus reviews.
Identify and implement areas for organizational improvement.


QUALIFICATIONS
2 years' experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Experience working with collective agreements.
Relevant education within HR.
Able to communicate fluently in both English and Swedish.


DESIRED SKILLS
Proficiency in Spanish or Arabic.
Experience with the SuccessFactors HR system.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Lindström offers collective agreements, wellness allowances, and an annual bonus.
