Change Handler to Ericsson, Kumla

PIM RBS Kumla is a part of Business Unit Networks. We are globally responsible for predevelopment, industrialization and production of next generation base stations.
As Change Handler, you are from a supply perspective responsible for prototypes and maintaining the product structure. Your interfaces are towards R&D units and production sites globally.


Job description
The responsibility extends through the product's whole life cycle within the lead responsibility of PIM RBS Kumla, i.e. from pre-development, industrialization and transfer to other sites to phase out. You will work as a team member in our industrialization and transfer projects as well as side by side with our local Supply Product Manager during maintenance

Qualification
We believe that you as an applicant to this appointment have an academic background within technical or natural science, and have prior experience of working with product management or project/improvement management.

Competence
You should have good communication and cooperation skills, high quality awareness and possess a strong focus on targets and objectives.
PC experience and good knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and good writing and verbal skills in Swedish as well as in English are a prerequisite since the work involves a lot of internal and external contacts with product development/maintenance teams and other manufacturing units.
