Change Management Process Coordinator - Stockholm

Job description
We offer you who are a specialist in process execution and development to be a part of this new process coordination organization within YIN Client and Services. 

Your tasks will be analyzing customer demands, change requests, needs, and work out solutions together with IT. You will manage the processes for the whole YIN department and adjust processes to the new organizational setup of YIN.  In your responsibilities are also monitoring and evaluating IT Deliveries, identify and introduce improvements in the process area. You will also ensure the proper execution of SLA, OLA´s.



Responsibilities
Within the Client Services department we have one team for Process Coordinators. Each member has one or more processes to manage (for example: Problem Management process; Incident Management process, etc). For now we are looking for you who can support the Change Management process in the area of Network. Therefore it’s important that you have a good background in understanding Network Infrastructure to be able to check the incoming requests for changes in this area

Fulltime. Daytime

Qualifications
To be successful as a Change manager process coordinator, you need to have 3-5 years of experience in IT process management, a University/ College Education in the relevant field. You need a very strong knowledge about network infrastructure and good knowledge in ITIL.
You are a customer oriented person and have ability to handle multiple customer demands, excellent in setting priorities and take responsibility. As a person you have very good skills in communication and collaboration. You find it easy to work with all levels of the organization and create business relationships. The team is spread over different locations in Europe so you need to be fluent in English both speech and write. We prefer to have your CV in english.
