We are currently establishing a Corporate Change Project Office (CCPO), managing the cross functional change projects sponsored by the management team, reporting to CFO.

The CCPO will play a key role in helping the growing business and organization developing scalable ways of working. The responsibilities for the CCPO is to manage the corporate change project portfolio and support the organization with project- and change management.

The main tasks for the CCPO are to suggest prioritizations to the management team on what projects to focus on, monitor and report on project progress, overall coordination between projects and resources, and also improve methods for project- and change management. We are now strengthening the function by hiring an additional Change Project Manager.

The role:

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading the planning, introduction, implementation, control and completion of projects and change initiatives
• Defining goals, tasks, risks, opportunities and resource requirements (including budget and deadlines)
• Handling change management aspects of projects
• Training project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plans
• Providing ongoing support to managers as they help their direct reports through transitions
• Conducting readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings to Management and employees
• Support the line organization defining IT-requirements, supporting our business processes
• Improve methods for project- and change management


 

You will report to the Manager of the Corporate Change Project Office. The Change Project Manager will be located in Göteborg. Frequent travels to other sites (mostly Malmö) will be required. At least once a week.

Your background:

The role requires a relevant university degree, preferably a Master of Science or Business, together with several years of successful work experience from Project- and Change Management. We believe that you have a background as a senior level Change Management consultant, or a similar background from the industry. Experiences from process development and IT-requirements and implementation are valuable.

You have strong problem solving skills together with strong decision making abilities. As you will be responsible for securing the acceptance and understanding of the change initiatives throughout the organization, it is important that you have in depth knowledge and experience from using change management principles and methodologies. Exceptional communication skills are required, and you write and speak English fluently.

You will work cross functionally and need to have a good overall business knowledge. You are structured and work effectively at all levels in an organization. You are a team player and have the ability to motivate and influence others and make sure that agreed activities are put into action. Communication is highly important for this role and you are the person that like to dig in where help is needed.
