Linkosuo Oy manages both the overall solutions and creates the large-scale operational strategies of the bakery and café operations. Throughout its history, strong, innovative development work and courage of entrepreneurship have been the key factors in the operations of Linkosuo – and this is as true today as it ever was.

Linkosuo entered the international market already halfway through the 1970s with the small and crispy rye product Väinämöinen Rye Buttons, followed by, in accordance with the new strategy, Rye Crisps in 2009 and Rye Chips in 2016, the two of which can be called genuine success stories. Little by little, Linkosuo has become an expert on crispy bread products, focussing more and more on exports.

We are looking for a

Chief of Export to increase the strategic sales in Northern Europe. The person we are looking for, is a sales and marketing oriented professional in exports. We offer you an interesting and challenging role, and more importantly an amazing opportunity to be involved in a growth story of a Finnish company. You will be provided with an in-depth introduction of the Linkosuo manufacturing and product development and you will be working in a professional team with wide networks.

We are looking a person with degree in Business and experience of strategic sales. You are familiar with exports, how distribution works, and you also take over new market areas easily. You envision new market areas as an opportunity, and you will improve these areas boldly and systematically based on the company strategy. You will co-operate with internal and external networks and you enjoy what you are doing. You can organize your daily work independently and you take responsibility of the results. You understand the big picture and you are familiar with the Scandinavian business culture and customer behavior. You´re able to work in English and Swedish. Knowledge of German language and culture is considered an advantage.

Your tasks will include setting up distribution channels in Northern Europe and possibly in Germany. You will execute sales and marketing systematically and establish new networks. You aim to increase exports ambitiously. Local agents and our export and sales team in Finland will be at your assistance.

We will offer you a possibility to be involved in a great Finnish growth story and an opportunity to build international networks. Your will be located either in Helsinki or Stockholm.
