Working with our customers and project teams and advising them on key architectural decisions concerning the platform and the supporting technologies. Provides management and support for the day-to-day operations, monitoring, and on-going maintenance of enterprise-wide Citrix infrastructure services. Analyze and resolve technical issues with Citrix servers and clients, software applications, and technical configurations. Signing off system requirements, identifying resources and estimating timelines for project completion. Producing and documenting technical architectures that are modifiable, dependable and scalable. Must be quality oriented and ensure all work streams are aligned with company and IT compliance standards. Work cross-functionally as a key contributor to the overall success of a global dynamic IT function to participate in projects from concept to deployment. Manage the planning, development, design, validation and implementation of assigned projects, including scope, work breakdown, schedules, budget and delivery.

To succeed in this role we see that you have demonstrated experience and strong understanding of the current and future technology architecture, including the inter-operability of technologies, within the areas of client and mobile computing. You are a passionate technologist who maintains up to date knowledge of leading edge technologies and how they can be applied to your area of expertise.

As our Client Systems Expert you have deep knowledge and experience with Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, Citrix Netscaler and at least one of the following technologies:

Atlantis hyper-converged appliance and/or software-defined storage Unidesk application management AppSense DesktopNow
